I think I’m going to make it a goal to update Monday through Friday with my exercise routines/eats for 30 times and then see how I feel about it.
So this ties in with one of my New Year’s Resolutions and I’m incorporating it to the already really extended record of 2020 Ambitions.

- Run 5 days a week – The tricky section of this is only jogging 5 days a week. I want to operate each day. But I’m coming off a damaged foot and will need to be smarter about restoration and rest. So operate 5 times a 7 days Max and 2 rest times a 7 days from functioning to remain wholesome.
